Take a good look at this picture. Most of you would assume that the above is the before and below is after. Little do you know that it was in fact the opposite. The above picture was taken in January 2019 whilst the bottom is in October 2018. Depression can happen to the best of us, myself included. Last year I had a huge change in my life where I cut out a part of my life that was taking the better part of me and slowly draining me till I had nothing left in me anymore. The change was so huge that I went into a minor form of depression where I stopped eating and working out for 2 months. I had no motivation nor did I have any drive in me to continue doing what I was doing anymore. Finally I picked myself up, snapped out of my daze and started again. I’m back to where left off and in fact I’m even better than where I was before. (Stay tuned) 😉 I’m just here to tell you that we all beat ourselves up too much if we eat something wrong, or do something out of the ordinary and that makes us demotivated and eventually we fall out. We do not fail as long as we keep making progression, which is the key to success in all aspects of life. Hopefully this message gets out and some of you can relate better to this, I am here to help you be the better version of yourself. #fitspo #josephlaifitness #ifbbproleague #fitness #hypertrophycoach #bodybuilding #bodybuilder #olympiaamateur #fitnessaddict #classicbodybuilding #ripped #aesthetic #fitfam #shred #strengthandconditioning #physique #mensphysique #motivation #personaltraining #personaltrainer #bodyclassic #shredded #mensmuscle #fitnessmodel #ifbb #fitnessmotivation #teamjosephlai #gymlife #oldschoolbodybuilding #instahealth
